1. Do you supply coffee wholesale to businesses?
Yes. SKK supplies coffee to cafés, restaurants, F&B operators, hospitality businesses, corporate offices and other commercial operations. Our focus is on ongoing wholesale coffee partnerships.
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale coffee?
Our current minimum order quantity is 5 kg
per order for our wholesale coffee blends.

Our current 2026 reference wholesale pricing is:
- Nyatoh — RM88/kg
- Merbau — RM88/kg
- Buluh — RM125/kg

4. How do I know which coffee blend is suitable for my business?
Tell us about your menu, service volume and coffee setup. We can recommend a suitable starting point and arrange a coffee tasting where appropriate.
5. Can I try the coffee before becoming a wholesale partner?
Yes. Where appropriate, we can arrange a coffee tasting so you can assess the proposed blend before confirming the wholesale coffee partnership.
6. When should I place my wholesale order?
Our regular ordering window is Friday to Monday, allowing time for roasting, packing and delivery coordination.
7. What if I need a last-minute or ad-hoc order?
Contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible. We will try to assist, subject to coffee availability, production scheduling and delivery arrangements.
8. How do I start ordering wholesale coffee from SKK?
Submit a wholesale enquiry and tell us about your business and coffee requirements. We will then:
- understand your requirements;
- recommend a suitable coffee;
- arrange a coffee tasting where appropriate;
- confirm the wholesale partnership and ordering requirements; and
- begin onboarding and supply arrangements.
1. What coffee blends does SKK offer?
Our current range includes:
- Nyatoh — Stable & Reliable
- Merbau — Complex & Refined
- Buluh — Fruit-Forward & Indulgent
Each offers a different flavour profile and level of calibration precision.
2. What is the difference between Nyatoh, Merbau and Buluh?
Nyatoh is chocolatey, nutty and lower in acidity, with a wider calibration range for dependable daily service.
Merbau offers greater flavour clarity and complexity, with stone fruit, almond, molasses and milk chocolate notes. It benefits from more precise calibration.
Buluh is sweeter and more fruit-forward. Expect strawberry jam, cocoa and almond when served black, with strawberry shortcake, toffee and milk chocolate in milk-based drinks.
3. Which blend is best for a dependable house coffee?
Nyatoh
is the strongest starting point where consistency, easier calibration and repeatability across the team are priorities.
4. Which blend should I consider if flavour character is more important?
Choose Merbau for greater flavour clarity and complexity, or Buluh for a sweeter, fruit-led and more distinctive profile.
5. Can the blends be used for both black and milk-based drinks?
Yes, although each blend expresses itself differently.
Nyatoh performs reliably across both, Merbau offers greater flavour definition, while Buluh presents distinct black and milk-based tasting profiles.
6. How do I choose the right blend for my business?
We consider your:
- menu and preferred flavour direction;
- service volume;
- team capability;
- calibration requirements; and
- black versus milk-based drink mix.
From there, we can recommend a suitable starting point.
7. Are SKK coffee blends Halal-certified?
Yes. Nyatoh, Merbau and Buluh are Halal-certified.
8. Do I need to choose a blend before contacting SKK?
Not necessarily. If you are unsure which coffee is suitable, tell us about your business, menu and current or planned setup. We can recommend a suitable starting point and arrange a coffee tasting where appropriate before the wholesale partnership is confirmed.
1. How does SKK’s wholesale partnership process work?
We first understand your business, menu, service volume and coffee setup. Where suitable, we arrange a coffee tasting. Once the coffee direction and wholesale partnership are confirmed, onboarding begins.
2. Can I have a coffee tasting before committing?
Yes. A coffee tasting may be arranged after we understand your requirements, allowing you to assess the proposed coffee before confirming the partnership.
3. What information should I provide before a coffee tasting?
It helps us if you can share information such as:
- business or outlet type;
- current or planned menu;

expected coffee volume;
- current equipment, if applicable;
- preferred flavour direction; and
- opening timeline for new outlets if relevant.
4. Can SKK help if my outlet has not opened yet?
Yes. We can understand your planned operation and coffee requirements while the outlet is being prepared. Once the wholesale coffee partnership is confirmed, relevant setup and Partner Support can be coordinated where required.
5. What happens after the coffee tasting?
We review your feedback and confirm the coffee direction. Once the wholesale partnership is agreed, onboarding and supply arrangements begin.
6. Does onboarding include training and calibration support?
Where required, training and QC support can form part of onboarding for SKK wholesale coffee partners, helping the team follow the agreed recipes, calibration and service standards.
7. How long does onboarding take?
It depends on outlet readiness and any setup or training requirements. Existing operations may move faster than new or more complex setups.
8. Can SKK support businesses with multiple outlets?
Yes. We can help establish more consistent coffee standards across teams and locations.
9. Do I need to have all my equipment ready before contacting SKK?
Not necessarily. You can contact us while your setup is still being planned. Where relevant, equipment requirements can be considered alongside the intended coffee programme and service needs.
1. Does SKK supply commercial coffee equipment?
Yes. SKK supplies selected commercial coffee equipment to both wholesale coffee partners and standalone equipment customers. Our current range includes the Casadio Nettuno 2 Group espresso machine and Balenare G83E grinder.
2. Can I purchase equipment from SKK without becoming a wholesale coffee partner?
Yes. Selected equipment can be purchased without a wholesale coffee partnership. Standalone equipment purchases do not automatically include Partner Support.
3. How do I know what equipment is suitable for my business?
We consider factors such as:
- expected coffee volume;
- menu requirements;
- available counter space;
- team and service needs; and
- current or planned setup.
This helps us recommend a suitable equipment direction.
4. Can SKK help plan equipment for a new outlet?
Yes. For an equipment purchase enquiry, we can discuss the expected service volume, space, operating requirements and intended use to help assess a suitable equipment direction.
5. Can SKK review my existing coffee setup?
For SKK wholesale coffee partners, we can consider whether existing equipment and workflow are suitable for the intended SKK coffee programme.
6. Does equipment setup include workflow considerations?
Where relevant, yes. We consider how machine and grinder placement may affect preparation flow and day-to-day coffee service.
7. Does SKK provide training when new equipment is introduced?
For SKK wholesale coffee partners, training and calibration support may be provided where required as part of Partner Support.
8. What if I am not sure what equipment I need?
Tell us about your business, expected volume, menu and available space. We can help identify a suitable equipment direction.
1. Does SKK provide barista training?
Yes. Barista training may be provided to SKK wholesale coffee partners as part of onboarding or ongoing Partner Support.
2. What does the training cover?
Depending on the operation, training may include:
- espresso preparation and extraction;
- grinder calibration;
- agreed coffee recipes;
- milk preparation;
- equipment handling and cleaning;
- workflow; and
- consistency across the team.
3. Is SKK barista training open to the public?
No. Training is provided as Partner Support for SKK wholesale coffee partners rather than as a standalone public course.
4. What is QC support?
QC support helps partners maintain agreed coffee standards through checks on calibration, extraction, recipes and beverage consistency.
5. Why would my business need ongoing QC support?
Coffee performance can change due to calibration, equipment condition, staff changes or preparation practices. QC helps identify and correct these inconsistencies.
6. Can SKK help when our coffee starts tasting different?
Yes. For SKK wholesale coffee partners, we can review factors such as calibration, extraction, recipe execution and equipment condition.
7. Can training be provided for new staff?
Yes. Where required, training can help new team members follow the established SKK coffee programme and service standards.
8. Can SKK support multi-outlet teams?
Yes. Training and QC can help establish more consistent recipes, calibration and service standards across locations.
9. Does training happen only during onboarding?
No. Support may also be provided later where there is an operational need, such as team changes or recurring consistency issues.
10. Can I request training or QC without buying SKK coffee?
No. Barista training and QC support are provided as part of SKK wholesale coffee relationships and are built around the SKK coffee programme used by the partner.
1. Does SKK provide coffee machine servicing?
Machine support may be available to SKK wholesale coffee partners, subject to assessment of the machine, condition, reported issue and parts availability.
2. What should I provide when requesting servicing?
Where possible, provide:
- machine brand and model;
- description of the issue;
- photos or videos;
- any error messages; and
- whether the machine is still operational.
3. What happens after I report a machine issue?
The request generally follows:

4. Can SKK diagnose a problem from photos or videos?Photos and videos can help with the initial assessment, although some issues may still require physical inspection.
5. Do you service every brand of coffee machine?
Not necessarily. Servicing depends on the machine model, condition, reported issue and relevant parts availability.
6. How long will servicing take?
The timeline depends on the issue, work required and parts availability. We confirm the expected process after assessment.
7. Can you confirm the servicing cost before work begins?
The cost depends on the machine and required work. Where assessment is needed, the applicable servicing arrangement will be confirmed afterwards.
8. What if replacement parts are required?
Parts availability and any resulting lead time will be confirmed after assessment.
9. Can servicing help prevent interruptions during operation?
Regular equipment care and early attention to developing issues can help reduce avoidable disruption.
10. I am an existing SKK partner. How do I request servicing support?
Contact your usual SKK account contact with the machine details, issue and any supporting photos or videos..
11. Can a non-SKK coffee partner request machine servicing?
Machine servicing is mainly provided as Partner Support for SKK wholesale coffee partners and is not positioned as a standalone public service.
1. What are SKK’s regular coffee ordering and delivery arrangements?
Our regular wholesale coffee ordering window is Friday to Monday. Klang Valley deliveries are handled by our internal logistics team on Wednesday and Friday.
2. Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. Orders are generally shipped by courier. For orders under 10 kg, a flat rate of RM12.50 per 5 kg applies. For orders above 10 kg, delivery arrangements and charges are assessed based on the order and partnership requirements.
3. Can SKK accommodate urgent or last-minute coffee orders?
Contact us as early as possible. We will try to assist, subject to coffee availability, production scheduling and delivery arrangements.
4. What are the lead times for coffee equipment?
Lead times vary by product, stock availability and supplier arrangements. We will confirm current availability and estimated lead time before the order is finalised.
5. What if the equipment I want is not currently in stock?
If an item requires pre-ordering, we will confirm the expected lead time and ordering requirements before you proceed.
6. When does an equipment lead time begin?
Where applicable, we will confirm when the estimated lead time begins, such as from order or payment confirmation.
7. How can I check the status of an existing order?
SKK wholesale coffee partners can contact their usual SKK account contact. Standalone equipment customers can contact us with their company name and order details.
8. Who should I contact if I need operational support?
Existing SKK wholesale coffee partners should contact their usual SKK account contact for coffee supply, training, QC, equipment and workflow guidance, or machine support.
9. What if I have a question that is not covered in the FAQs?
